Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events by researching and selecting tradeshows, conferences, and industry events; own a rolling 12-month event calendar
  • •Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with event organizers, vendors, and venues to maximize ROI
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics (booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, travel)
  • •Be the on-site point of contact; set up/tear down booths and troubleshoot in real time to maintain a sharp presence
  • •Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics to ensure smooth participation
