Drive CRM governance and commercial analytics to enable the sales team in animal nutrition; own CRM adoption, reporting, and cross-functional marketing support to optimize pipeline, forecasting, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the local CRM champion, ensuring proper adoption and consistent usage across the sales team
•Train, guide, and support sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and best practices
•Monitor data quality, pipeline accuracy, and activity tracking within the CRM system
•Develop and circulate monthly CRM performance reports, highlighting pipeline status, sales activities, and key trends for management review
•Work with Commercial team and facilitate the premix quotation process (quarterly and adhoc) for the business unit

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales Analytics is an added advantage.
•Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a related role.
•Certifications or hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot are preferred.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI, is highly desirable.
