Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate one or more roll threaders to meet print/manufacturing requirements under close supervision.
  • •Maintain quality by following SPC procedures, identifying patterns on SPC charts, and performing/assisting first piece inspections.
  • •Legibly complete and sign production prints and record data for IATF16949 documentation.
  • •Read manufacturing blueprints and select proper tooling or tool rework with supervision; evaluate simple tooling/maintenance issues independently and escalate complex problems.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, follow safety rules/OSHA requirements, and maintain housekeeping by cleaning machines and organizing work areas after each order.
