Retention Coordinator

Monitor probationary employees throughout the training process, including conducting job previews for hourly applicants. Coordinate feedback and discussions with supervisors to identify training and development needs within the production department. Support line leaders in resolving specific training issues, and partner with HR to schedule job previews so applicants understand physical requirements and the work environment. Instruct employees on early exercise and hardening activities and promote recognition across production.
