Production Supervisor - B Shift - Joslin, IL

Oversee B-shift production to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment. Review daily production orders to fulfill customer needs, manage staffing and line start-up readiness, and support ergonomic job rotation. Ensure workstations pass USDA inspection, promote daily safety and monthly safety meetings, and maintain accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding. Lead human-relations responsibilities including training, retaining, and counseling, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing issues.
