Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product change management (PCM), including unreleased product approvals and ECO approval control.
  • •Implement PCN (Part Change Notification) and manage field service related activities, including system feedback review/approval filtering for customer impact.
  • •Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs, including CaRM and BOM accuracy review meetings.
  • •Own common modules roadmap and post–Phase 5 ePLC implementation, including component roadmaps, obsolescence/replacements, alternate vendors, and cost reduction.
  • •Facilitate intercompany communication and alignment meetings for product roadmap, market proliferation, pricing/spare level guidance, restricted part orders, and strategic vendor issues.
