Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage on the production floor to observe work practices, identify hazards, and promote safe behaviors.
  • •Support site compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable EHS regulations through routine audits, inspections, and program implementation.
  • •Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • •Assist in delivering safety training (e.g., LOTO, machine guarding, fall protection, PPE, hazard communication).
  • •Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments and maintain accurate EHS records, including training logs, incident reports, and environmental permits/regulatory filings.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •1+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (light/heavy industrial preferred).
  • •Must be knowledgeable in OSHA laws related to general shop practice, with solid knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations for manufacturing settings.
  • •Have an understanding of industrial instrumentation and control, plus basic mechanical ability to dismantle and reassemble simple assemblies.
  • •Experience with EHS software systems and Microsoft Office tools; experience in a machine shop environment is desired.
