Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, configure, support, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules, including enhancements and production issue resolution.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients on requirements, blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, and continuous improvements.
  • •Work on SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Tracking solution delivery and troubleshooting across key time and absence functions.
  • •Create and maintain Canvas Reports and Story Reports, analyzing reporting needs and recommending reporting/data visualization solutions.
  • •Manage SuccessFactors project delivery and advise on business process improvements, including role-based permissions (RBP) design, access management, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven end-to-end experience implementing, supporting, enhancing, and resolving production issues across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • •Valid SuccessFactors certifications for Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, covering configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance.
  • •Strong requirements analysis and ability to translate business needs into system design specifications and detailed process analysis.
  • •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/Time Tracking functions, including positive/negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting/schedules, and labor activities.
  • •Experience leading year-end Time Off activities such as leave carryover processing, leave balance adjustments, accrual processing, reconciliation, and calendar/holiday maintenance.
