•Manage complex technology projects and programs across all implementation phases, including requirements through deployment.
•Collaborate with customers and partners to develop winning proposals and define solution scope, staffing, and pricing.
•Lead business development by defining project and proposal strategies for new and existing customers.
•Advise customers on innovative solutions using Esri technology and content, including recommended strategies and architectures.
•Align project execution with customer objectives by managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,120 - 183,040 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in a similar role supporting implementation and delivery responsibilities.
•Professional experience leading and managing IT-based projects, delivering complex work on time and within budget.
•Understanding Defense and/or Intel customer needs gained through direct supporting experience.
•Ability to evaluate and translate business goals and strategies into technical plans and solutions.
•US citizenship with an active TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (including experience at the TS/SCI level).
