Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project schedules (baseline, recovery, revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent, aligned to RTA specifications and standard WBS.
  • •Monitor progress against baselines, identify schedule delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk and time impact analyses per contract requirements.
  • •Coordinate planning activities with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover requirements, and authority approval integration.
  • •Review and assess contractors’ programs and planning submissions against RTA contractual milestones, KPIs, and phasing requirements; maintain clear analytical documentation.
  • •Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, weekly/monthly progress reports, and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including recovery and mitigation planning.
