Maintain and release Zoom’s daily test and release builds using Jenkins CI, ensuring reliable automation and interface testing. Build and migrate test automation using Appium, Selenium, and Allure, writing scripts and running tests across Windows and Android (iOS/Android) environments. Collaborate with teams to implement interface testing solutions, manage lab devices, validate releases, and support customer issue reproduction and diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and generate Zoom daily test builds and release builds with Jenkins continuous integration using TCP/UDP/MQTT.
•Migrate and implement automated testing using tools such as git, Appium, Selenium, and Allure.
•Work with other teams to implement interface testing solutions covering SDK interface test cases to ensure product stability.
•Conduct pre-deployment and postdeployment validations using automated and manual testing, including managing and onboarding lab devices.
•Track, troubleshoot, and resolve internally reported issues and assist the support team with reproducing and diagnosing customer issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,100 - 186,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
•7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
•Experience using Jenkins continuous integration (Windows/Android) to schedule and build product packages for testing.
•Experience planning and designing test automation scenarios and developing test scripts using Python for multi-operating-system testing.
•Experience with Appium for mobile automation (iOS and Android), Selenium for automation test cases, and Allure reporting for execution results and pass rates.
