Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment and ensure positions are filled before production line startup.
  • •Oversee shipping and receiving, yard operations, trailer movements, paperwork, inventory rotation, and loading/unloading activities.
  • •Monitor safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance; address issues that could cause delays or disruptions.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, proper product coding, and that all workstations have passed USDA inspection; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Lead team member morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics; provide training, retention support, and counseling on personal and professional problems.
