Provide customer-facing banking services in a Webster banking center, processing transactions and using needs-based conversations to understand clients’ financial goals. Build and deepen relationships by offering appropriate products and services, generating leads, and supporting retention and growth initiatives. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies, support branch audits, and help achieve individual and team sales, service, and operational goals while supervising and coaching other relationship bankers.
