Provide industry-leading client service in the branch and by phone while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, supporting both individual and branch sales targets. Advise on consumer lending options and complete loan applications, while cross-trained teller duties and compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
