•Lead talent management activities including succession planning and merit reviews
•Partner with HR COEs on global initiatives and oversee HR systems, payroll, and data reporting

Key Requirements

•13+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a management role
•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
•Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
•Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
•Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality
