Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to create a collaborative work environment
  • •Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and general HR inquiries
  • •Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manage offers, onboarding and offboarding
  • •Lead talent management activities including succession planning and merit reviews
  • •Partner with HR COEs on global initiatives and oversee HR systems, payroll, and data reporting

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a management role
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
  • •Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • •Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality
