Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers across a commercial market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems. Coordinate on-site installation and repairs with team leaders/project managers and customers, ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Diagnose and repair units using software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints, while enforcing safety standards and maintaining accountability of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment using technical knowledge and available tools.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology plus hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain safety standards and record use/wear/conditions to ensure security and accountability of company-procured assets, including occasional overtime/weekend work and occasional overnight stays.

Salary: USD 26.64 - 35.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld devices (smartphone/iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless).
•EPA Certification.
•Physical ability to perform safety-sensitive HVAC work (e.g., wear PPE, lift/move up to 10–40 lbs frequently/occasionally, work at heights).
