Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, production, and delivery of accurate inventory forecasts using data analysis and scenario/options modelling to determine fleet inventory requirements.
  • •Manage inventory through planning, stock positioning, monitoring item condition, and ensuring product availability balancing service against budget.
  • •Maintain forecasting parameters (including calculation methods and parts classification using ABC Analysis) and keep forecasting system(s) updated.
  • •Enact purchase order requests with appropriate and affordable supply chain solutions through an approval process.
  • •Document and report DF&P activities, ensure airworthiness records are maintained, comply with governance and assurance requirements, and support audit responses and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide demand forecasting, planning, and optimisation of inventory requirements and usage for repairable and consumable assets.
  • •Maintain and update inventory forecasting system(s), including forecasting parameters and calculation methods (including ABC Analysis).
  • •Support inventory management activities such as stock positioning, monitoring item condition, and balancing product availability against service and budget.
  • •Conduct analysis and interpretation of supply chain data to identify repetitive problems and inform appropriate stakeholders, supporting corrective action where needed.
  • •Operate with understanding and application of relevant Continuing Airworthiness regulatory framework and comply with company procedures and standards.
