Key Responsibilities

  • •Create purchase orders for most non-trade procurements and ensure service entry/goods inward is posted per delivery date in the purchase order.
  • •Follow up with departments to submit tax invoices/invoices and ensure timely, accurate accounting of non-trade vendor invoices.
  • •Perform three-way match by verifying purchase order, supplier invoice, and delivery receipt details before invoicing and payment.
  • •Prepare monthly cost schedules and balance sheet GL schedules, including reconciliations for prepaid, accrued, and outstanding expenses.
  • •Collate, prepare, review monthly VAT return and excise return working data and ensure returns are filed on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the accounts department.
  • •Hands-on experience working on SAP - FICO module.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Well versed with an accounting system with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
