Participate in sustainability efforts such as sorting waste and collecting recyclables, and complete additional tasks requested by management.

Key Responsibilities

•Solicit sales of new or additional services or products offered at the venue.
•Take customer transactions in customer-facing areas such as cash to card.
•Monitor customer belongings and maintain coat check.
•Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue, including picking up and storing event equipment.
•Participate in venue sustainability efforts such as sorting waste and collecting recyclables before and after the show.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Acute sense of judgment and diplomacy.
•Must be able to walk constantly, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
