Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing exceptional client service for clients’ day-to-day needs via email, phone or in person.
  • •Support the Private Banking team and provide backup support in the Private Banker’s absence.
  • •Assist with obtaining and organizing required documentation for account openings and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Partner with Private Banker to maintain client relationships and open new accounts.
  • •Adhere to federal and state laws and bank policies, including AML requirements; identify and report suspicious activity.
