Store Manager

Lead end-to-end store operations to achieve company objectives, driving exceptional customer service and maximizing retail sales. Coach and guide staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensure brand and company operating procedures are followed, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat business. Manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss, maintain visual merchandising standards, and conduct weekly audits—providing feedback to the Area and Operations Managers on employees and products.
