Lead multiple historian and alarm management projects across process industries, delivering end-to-end execution from user requirements and functional design through implementation and dependency management. Run customer meetings, workshops, and testing, track progress against schedule, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. Create design documentation (FDS, DDS, test procedures, training manuals), translate functional requirements to technical requirements, and drive adoption of visualization-driven decision making while adhering to OT & IT network standards.
