Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain evidence mapping for infrastructure and application CI/CD pipelines to ensure required controls are met at each stage.
  • •Enforce pipeline gating criteria so deployments cannot proceed to production without required security evidence and approvals.
  • •Perform, monitor, test, and troubleshoot information assurance issues across computing, network, data platform, and enclave environments.
  • •Collect and analyze events and logs from computer network defense tools (e.g., alerts, firewall and network traffic logs, host system logs).
  • •Lead development and implementation of security policies and procedures and provide status updates and risk analysis scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA with 7+ years of experience in information systems security, including project leadership, network/security issue monitoring, and incident investigation and resolution.
  • •Document security incidents and perform security vulnerability assessments.
  • •Experience testing with Agile teams and SAFe to uncover system and network vulnerabilities.
  • •Strong working experience in AWS Cloud Security (certification preferred) and prior ATO experience in an AWS environment for a large agency.
  • •Solid understanding of NIST standards and prior experience with ATO process, FedRAMP, CIS, and ISO 27001; plus ICAM, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
