Job Summary

HP seeks an experienced Product Manager to refine, build, and evolve the Device Certification and Platform Readiness program. Own end‑to‑end framework for device onboarding into HP manageability and app experiences, establishing certification tiers, readiness criteria, and go‑to‑market gates to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and user experience across hardware NPIs and platform services.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Device Certification and Platform Readiness program, including certification tiers, acceptance criteria, and lifecycle expectations for device integration touch points.
•Establish a standardized readiness framework for all hardware NPIs entering device manageability, cloud services, and desktop, mobile, and room application experiences.
•Partner with hardware product teams to embed certification requirements early in NPI planning and ensure new devices meet defined quality bars before broad customer exposure.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization, translating user requirements into executable items for the software engineering team.
•Work with engineering, cloud operations, QA, UX, support, documentation, and GTM teams to translate capabilities into certification rules and launch requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,300 - 159,950 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
•5+ years of experience in product management, platform product management, or technical program ownership

•Strong written communication skills with a bias toward clarity and precision
