Job Summary

Verify compliance with customer and internal quality requirements by conducting detailed process and documentation audits at ATI’s Lockport, NY facility. Review production records, approve and release product, and maintain record retention and internal quality documentation. Prioritize work around deadlines/ship dates while communicating with all levels of the plant. The role is onsite on a day shift, typically Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform detailed audits on production records to Quality procedures.
•Approve and release product in accordance with Quality procedures and requirements.
•Manage and perform record retention functions and document filing in line with Quality and Customer requirements.
•Update internal quality documentation when necessary.
•Review, audit, and understand processing of fixed practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of quality control procedures, specifications, and customer quality requirements.
•Ability to perform detailed audits and ensure quality procedures and requirements are followed.
•Experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external customers at all levels.
•Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and analytical/critical thinking skills.
•Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn internal systems.
•Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
•Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management system.
•Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
•Experience with nickel-based melting process.
