Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate core platform systems used daily by ML researchers and product engineers.
  • •Partner with research to convert recurring pain points into durable infrastructure.
  • •Own reliability, performance, and developer experience for systems in your lane.
  • •Ship platform improvements iteratively in a flat, high-ownership environment and measure impact.
  • •Support platform primitives that enable trusted runs and faster experimentation on GPU fleets.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong systems/infrastructure software engineering background and a desire to build platforms others depend on.
  • •Owned production distributed systems at meaningful scale (e.g., ingestion, data pipelines, or orchestration).
  • •Comfortable across Linux, cloud and/or bare metal, plus modern orchestration (Kubernetes, Ray, or equivalent).
  • •Enjoy working closely with ML researchers and product engineers.
  • •Thrive in a high-ownership environment with a short feedback loop.
