Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop role-based training curricula aligned to AS9100, ISO 9001, and internal quality management system requirements, keeping content accurate and audit-ready.
  • •Run training needs analyses across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and field operations to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content development.
  • •Create multi-format learning assets (eLearning, instructor-led workshops, SOP guides, video walkthroughs, and job aids) tailored to different learner audiences.
  • •Partner with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Compliance leads to translate process changes and corrective actions into updated training content.
  • •Manage the training content lifecycle (version control, review cadences, retirement workflows), define training effectiveness metrics, and support audits with curriculum traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, or learning experience design, including at least 2 years supporting quality, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
  • •Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or comparable aerospace/defense quality management standards and workforce competency implications.
  • •Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Cornerstone, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems.
  • •Ability to distill complex technical or regulatory content into clear, learner-centered materials for varied audiences.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person (as defined under ITAR) and eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
