Key Responsibilities

  • •Use analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities and recommend strategic or tactical improvements.
  • •Perform modeling/analytics to support product and pricing strategies for lending products.
  • •Support direct-to-consumer and retail-channel marketing efforts with targeted insights to shape customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Improve credit risk performance by connecting future consumer credit drivers to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution: frame problems, develop hypotheses, scope feasibility, drive implementation efforts, and establish monitoring plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or in process, with degree expected by start date).
  • •A Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • •Experience building statistical models (preferred: 1+ years).
  • •Experience with SQL querying and business analysis (preferred: 1+ years SQL; 2+ years business analysis).
