Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with management to coordinate and attain branch, region, and company objectives.
  • •Assist with hiring, coaching, and leading a strong support team of retail staff.
  • •Comply with company policies and procedures, including security procedures and required BSA/AML and other compliance training.
  • •Ensure retail/branch operational functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner; complete regular monthly branch audits.
  • •Maintain and develop business for the branch, including originating, processing, and closing consumer and small business loan products when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to support the efficient daily operation of a full-service branch, including backing up all retail positions.
  • •Experience equivalent to four years of high school plus specialized training, plus related experience/training and 1 to 6 months related management experience (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to effectively communicate in person and with small groups with customers, clients, the public, and employees.
  • •Ability to perform mathematical calculations used in banking operations (e.g., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages).
  • •Critical thinking skills to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.
