Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs and online/mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client offers, and fulfilling needs or referring to appropriate specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
