Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and support infrastructure and application technologies used in solutions.
  • •Troubleshoot deployment issues and production incidents, partnering with software engineers to remediate problems.
  • •Work independently in high-security environments and adhere to customer site and system security protocols while maintaining operational excellence.
  • •Execute acceptance tests with customers/stakeholders, raise defects, and ensure solutions meet defined project requirements and support objectives.
  • •Provide clear incident and service request updates, support out-of-hours work as needed, and share knowledge through technical documentation and demonstrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong IT fundamentals with the ability to deploy, integrate, and support infrastructure and application technologies used in solutions.
  • •Experience troubleshooting deployment issues and production incidents, including root-cause analysis using controlled test environments.
  • •Hands-on networking knowledge, including OSI and TCP/IP, with experience using Wireshark or similar network traffic analysis tools.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux, preferably RHEL or AlmaLinux, plus operational experience such as monitoring, maintenance, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • •Ability to automate and reduce manual procedures, with relevant experience across data platforms, databases, directory services, distributed systems, and/or container orchestration (advantageous).
