Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce Jira data quality across programs, and from programs down to user stories.
  • •Build reporting and dashboards using Jira portfolio and execution-level data to highlight visibility, capacity, and delivery insights.
  • •Create monthly senior leadership decks synthesizing Jira and Google Drive data to report portfolio health and guide prioritization.
  • •Analyze Jira and portfolio data to identify data risks and trends and influence outcomes.
  • •Partner with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to clarify needs and drive desired improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,900 - 112,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of process or risk management experience.
  • •At least 1 year of continual improvement experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience using Jira to update data, run queries, and extract information.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
