Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Cisco’s Services Supply Chain, standardizing planning processes and improving forecast accuracy across demand, supply, and portfolio changes. Analyze business and CX data (including attach rates, revenue, and RMA trends), monitor performance, manage planning risks, and facilitate executive alignment through regular meetings.

•Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to create forecasts tied to CX booking and offer strategy (e.g., attach rates, revenue, RMA trends).
•Monitor and report on IBP performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Lead executive meetings to review performance, resolve issues, manage planning risks, and support strategic priorities aligned to the business plan.
