Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize AI solutions.
  • •Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that impact customer outcomes.
  • •Develop full-stack applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
  • •Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
  • •Manage integrations and APIs with third-party systems and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions.
