Job Summary

Work directly with French-speaking customers to onboard, implement, and support HappyRobot’s AI platform. You’ll build and ship customer-facing features and MVPs using full-stack technologies, develop AI/ML solutions (including LLM prompting and voice tuning), and manage integrations and APIs with third-party systems. Partner across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to iteratively improve solutions, prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

•Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
•Manage integrations and APIs with third-party systems and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions.
