Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for service center peers within assigned specialty spaces.
  • •Provide HR shared services support to interpret, complete complex data entry, and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • •Respond to employee, manager, and HR inquiries via email and phone using case management tools and meet established service-level metrics.
  • •Conduct project support for specialty areas and repeated large-scale processes, including coordination of cyclical processes, events, and initiatives.
  • •Assist with complex inquiries, draft and distribute mass communications, and support continuous process improvements and compliance with employment regulations.

Key Requirements
