Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned and scheduled maintenance including PMs and changeovers and support equipment for mechanical and/or electrical issues.
  • •Complete FSRs for changeovers and PMs and accurately record production and maintenance activities.
  • •Drive improvements to production equipment, utilities, efficiency, and reliability; rebuild required parts and make necessary repairs or modifications.
  • •Ensure safe operational conditions of production and related equipment; follow safety and health policies and report unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses.
  • •Assist with machine operation when needed, support contractors, maintain spare parts inventory, and communicate equipment status and project progress at shift change.
