•Own the full hiring process from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
•Navigate challenging compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and close complex offers.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
•Build robust talent pipelines through direct headhunting and market research.
•Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience across assessment and offer stages.

Key Requirements

•Proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience handling both high-volume and complex searches.
•Ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
•Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including direct sourcing, behavioral interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
•Ability to think globally, stay resilient, and apply international recruiting practices.
•Strong ownership and accountability in executing recruiting strategies.
