  • •Monitor and ensure database performance, security and stability; participate in critical incident resolution and apply preventive fixes
  • •Ensure compliance with backup, patching, and security policies for databases
  • •Monitor capacity and report needs for escalation and resource planning
  • •Support analysts by assigning daily tasks, facilitating cross-team communication, and documenting technical processes

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in database administration with experience coordinating technical staff
  • •Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Cosmos DB
  • •Knowledge of backups, patches, and security policies for databases
  • •Experience participating in incident resolution and applying preventive fixes
  • •Ability to coordinate tasks and facilitate communication between the databases team and other areas
