Job Summary

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support CarMax’s customer experience by handling vehicle receiving and shipping, preparing title packets, and keeping display lots clean and organized. You’ll prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners (including washing and vacuuming), run the photo station process for carmax.com listings, and drive vehicles on and off the lot to support repairs, storage, and auction needs while following EH&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure shipped vehicles and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute photo station processing for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on/off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.2 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
•Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
