Job Summary

Deliver construction equipment safely and on time for EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions rental facility in Billings. Use the company’s technology (including real-time fleet access) to manage delivery details, work orders, and routing. Operate in compliance with transportation laws and safety regulations, assist with loading/unloading using specialized equipment, maintain required paperwork, and perform basic truck checks while supporting routine service needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and timely over required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Load and unload goods/materials, maneuver the truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas, and follow loading crew signals.
•Maintain delivery documentation (invoices, shipping bills of lading, and required paperwork) and deliver it to the appropriate staff when finished.
•Perform routine service tasks on trucks (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, and air) and report maintenance issues; arrange trailers for optimum loading patterns.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
•Ability to remain focused in a busy environment and provide professional customer service.
