Sales Associate

Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, and convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and grooming standards, follow visual merchandising and stock layout guidelines, manage inventory records, and handle POS/billing, cash till operations, payments, and loss prevention procedures.
