Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic engagement with infrastructure owners and consultants to drive specification inclusion for Sika.
•Manage top infrastructure accounts (e.g., NHSR, Delhi Metro, Bangalore Metro, Chennai Metro) and key state authorities.
•Build strong relationships with global consultants (AECOM, Jacobs, WSP, Mott MacDonald, Arup).
•Influence specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to include Sika systems.
•Develop connections with decision-makers at HO and project/site levels and drive differentiation and conversion in infrastructure and industrial segments.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BE - Civil/Chemical; MBA preferred.
•Strong understanding of the Construction/construction chemicals industry and project business.
•Ability to work across complete product portfolios (WP, repair, flooring, admixture, grouts, etc.).
•Solid technical knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
•Strong project management, customer/specifier & specification management and tender management capabilities.
