  • •Build controls design using direct digital controls for electronic comfort control and automation systems across multiple building types.
  • •Review contract documents (mechanical plans, specifications, estimates, equipment submittals) and incorporate them into automation system design.
  • •Create installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings, and manage transition to service.
  • •Develop advanced sequences of operations that meet project requirements and produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • •Support field transition, review equipment submittals, and may assist with cost estimates, wiring/programming, electrical terminations, commissioning, graphic development, testing, and startup.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •5+ years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating roles (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Familiarity with operation and design of HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, and/or Temperature Controls.
  • •Familiarity with new construction and renovation/retrofit, performance contracting, and service project management.
  • •Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; experience with a drafting/design program; understanding of industry integration protocols; knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture.
