Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage new configuration introductions into production on aggressive timelines
  • •Identify, develop, and provide training for production technicians on new or updated processes
  • •Program and operate microelectronics assembly machines (die/wire bonding machines)
  • •Train technicians to run/troubleshoot complex machines
  • •Create and support equipment maintenance and calibration schedules

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science

  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and instructions
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
