Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile missing documents and cure document deficiencies identified during the collateral loan package review
  • •Adhere to timeframes and compliance/internal guidelines for post-closing documents, investors, agencies, and third-party providers
  • •Follow up with internal and external third parties to obtain documentation needed to complete and satisfy the loan file for purchase
  • •Serve as a point of contact for members to resolve missing documents required to complete the initial file
  • •Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies
