Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance operations across India and US entities, owning how money is collected, paid, and tracked to meet statutory deadlines.
  • •Run accounts payable end to end including vendor onboarding/KYC, invoice validation, three-way matching, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • •Own invoicing and collections, including reporting on ageing, disputes, and collection performance across entities.
  • •Manage treasury and cash by tracking daily cash positions across currencies/bank accounts and producing daily and monthly cash and burn reports.
  • •Execute compliance and treasury tasks including India GST/TDS/PF-ESI/professional tax and cross-border remittances (Form 15CA/15CB, FIRC), coordinating US compliance items with advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, including significant time in a startup or high-growth company.
  • •Hands-on experience running AP, AR, and month-end operational closes with reconciliations and vendor management.
  • •Working knowledge of GST, TDS, FEMA, and cross-border payment compliance in India.
  • •Experience with banking, treasury, and forex operations, including multi-currency payments.
  • •Strong understanding of internal controls, approval workflows, fraud and duplicate-payment risk, plus strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
