Manage corporate procurement for building and infrastructure management by negotiating investments and services independently, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance agreements. Partner daily with internal stakeholders, own multiple commodity groups, and develop the supplier landscape aligned with supplier strategy. Drive supplier onboarding, including participation in audits, and translate market developments from trade fairs and supplier visits into strategic actions while focusing on cost optimization and cost management.
