Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by proactively reaching out and engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process information, and provide counsel on deposit and loan products and services. Open and service accounts, submit credit applications, and deliver a consistent client experience while collaborating with branch teams and partners. Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools and meet compliance requirements tied to NMLS registration.
