Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service (ATMs, online and mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to support sales and service activities, participate in retail leadership routines, and follow internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
