Job Summary

Lead end-to-end production planning for a network of manufacturing and fulfillment centers, owning weekly/monthly production, capacity, and replenishment plans. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risks, optimize KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in planning tools and processes in a fast-growing food & beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage weekly/monthly production and fulfillment and capacity plans using systems and processes that support the organization’s goals.
•Track progress to and deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving and root cause analysis. Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.
•Assess and identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks and plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, HR and Operations leaders.
•Utilize production and fulfillment planning tools and track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans.
•Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Planning tools and processes and complete them on schedule.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials management required OR Associates degree with 5 to 10 years relevant experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials management required
•Strong analytical and communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands on time required
•Organizational, project management skills, attention to detail and accuracy
•Proficiency in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
